Power Toast
After posting about my morning ritual, I had reader requests asking me to elaborate on my morning meal.

I rotate through a few different options, but this power toast is by far my favorite.

Why?

It’s quick. Simple. Delicious. Filling. And packed with so many benefits.

As an entrepreneur on the go (and as a person greatly concerned with health + wellness), it is imperative for me to have a quick morning meal that checks all of the boxes.

I created this “Power Toast” as my solution.

Power Toast Recipe

  • Gluten Free Seed Bread
  • Organic Almond Butter
  • Raw Honey
  • Saigon Cinnamon
  • Hemp Hearts
  • Chia Seeds
  • Cacao Powder
  1. Toast seed bread
  2. Cover toast in a layer of almond butter
  3. Drizzle honey on top of the almond butter
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon, hemp hearts, chia seeds, + cacao powder on top
  5. Enjoy!
