You’ve likely taken (or are currently taking) NSAIDs at some point in your life… and I want to give you another option.
NSAIDs are Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. They are more commonly known as over-the-counter pain relievers such as Advil + Ibuprofen. There are benefits to NSAIDs (pain relief, fever reduction), but there are risks. Some of the risks include gastrointestinal ulcers + bleeding, heart attack, + kidney disease.
If you are experiencing pain + inflammation, you might reach for some Advil. I would like to encourage you to reach for a full spectrum CBD instead.
Over the past three years, I have become obsessed with skincare. I am utterly infatuated.
I have used myself as a human guinea pig + I feel like I’ve tried so many of the products and trends out there.
As a blogger, I get sent products frequently (skincare products are a hot item to send to influencers) and I try each + every one.
Before recommending a product to you, I try it for a minimum of a month… but, oftentimes, I try it for 90 days. I take this skincare stuff… and my relationship with you… seriously.
I want to make sure that you’re getting the latest information, honest recommendations, and I want to cut through all of the bulls%*# so that you don’t have to.
Go ahead and call me particular (because I am)… but I felt the need to create a custom vitamin bottle so that my daily vitamin + supplement routine was more aesthetically pleasing. Opening my cabinet and seeing an array of bottles, colors, + sizes made my vitamin cabinet feel disorganized, overwhelming, + it really didn’t go with my whole newfound commitment to being as minimalist as possible (aka OCD).
