This week on BA, we’re looking into my morning ritual.  Yesterday we covered all of the rad benefits this ritual has sent my way and I went over the first step to my morning success: S K I N C A R E .

Today I’m going to talk to you about the second step in my ritual which is all about M I N D S E T.

oils Thanks to Alexa (I love my Echo) my mindset can be totally set + facing my true north with the My Morning Skill.  This “skill” is vital… as it’s a skill that I do not yet possess.  Alexa walks me through a guided meditation, affirmations (they change daily), a gratitude exercise, visualization, setting my priorities, + movement… all in less than 6 minutes.
